The India Canada Culture and Heritage Association (ICCHA) Inc. was established in 2004 as a non-profit, non-political, non-religious organization with unique aims and objectives concerning human rights and education. Our mission is to promote racial, religious, cultural harmony and equal rights for all in Canada. We celebrate the history of settlement of people of Indian origin in Canada and their contributions to Canada.

Objectives and values of the association

The India Canada Cultural & Heritage Association serves people of Indian origin that have settled in Canada.

Education

We strive for promoting and mentoring education; recognizing academic excellence of young people; promoting racial, religious and cultural harmony people of Indian origin.

Research

We prioritize engaging in research and collection of historical documents, publications, and artifacts depicting the culture and heritage of people of Indian origin in Canada.

Achievement

We recognize accomplishments of people and serve to highlight their contributions to Canada; encouraging people to participate in sports and health related activities.
